At the early age of nine, Edward Weibling expressed a strong interest in the piano while at his Grandmother's house.  He quickly learned to play songs he'd only heard without any formal piano training, and obviously had a love for music with the piano as a vessel for expression.

While attempting to obtain piano lessons, the piano teachers stated: "He's much too advanced for me, I'd suggest Edward continue studying on his own".  With the guidance, inspiration, and support of his Grandmother, Edward taught himself to master the piano.

Edward Weibling enjoyed traveling through the country playing for excited music lovers of all ages.  Edward brought joy and pleasure to all who were fortunate enough to attend to one of his many performances.

As Edward Weibling played, he was obviously one with the piano.  The audience clearly saw the passion in his facial expressions and body language as he played openly from the heart.  His passion for the piano and pleasing his audience, were equally reflected in each and every performance.

Edward Weibling was diagnosed with Lymphoma (cancer) in March of 2007.  He lost his battle with cancer and passed away on August 4, 2007.  I am Edward's sister and webmaster of this website.  I decided to keep this website going for him and also for everyone so that they can have a place to come and listen to his beautiful music.

Please bear with me while I update all of the information here.  This has been something I've been putting off doing because it hurts so bad to have to change all of this information.  My brother is in a better place now, he will be missed dearly!!  I wanted his music to live on for those of us who loved hearing him play.

Please feel free to listen to and enjoy Edward's play list.  If you would like to leave a message for the family you can access a guestbook with the lime-green "Ed's Earth Angels" link at the top right of this page.

Thank you.
